Northern Ireland prohibited

I was in the tourist office to get a city map and a bus timetable. While it was raining, I waited inside and read some information about Ireland on a kiosk computer. There was a map of the regions in Ireland, and just for fun I clicked on Northern Ireland, and the browser said “Accessing this URI is prohibited”. A political statement? No, unfortunately accessing other pages about locations in the Republic was prohibited as well, so just a misconfiguration.
